Nutrition Education Workbooks
The Nutrition Education workbooks are curriculum based, self-assessment books that are age appropriately developed for children from the age of 3 years onwards. Each workbook or coursebook is focused on teaching children about nutrition, healthy habits and good food choices. We use an interdisciplinary approach where children can co-relate other subjects such as mathematics, languages, sciences, history, geography, etc to have a better learning experience. Each book is activity based that allows the child to explore different subjects through food.
